View account, device and license records
Your website account manages your own device, request and license records separately from the local administrator account of an AKStream.Next instance. This page describes customer operations only.
View your devices
Sign in to the website user portal and check device names, instance identifiers and product versions. Review record status, validity and capacity; actual runtime capabilities come from the target instance's effective entitlements.
Store and use files
Obtain original request or license files through your authorized account. Keep them controlled and import them into the target instance using the offline licensing steps. Do not edit file contents or publish screenshots containing account or device details.
Change your password
Use your current and new passwords in the user portal's account settings. Sign in again as instructed by the result. Contact the provider for forgotten passwords. Website password changes do not manage the instance's local administrator password.
Device or account changes
For device migration, account corrections or record problems, provide the device name, instance identifier, product version and issue to the provider. Verify the result through the user portal and effective entitlements; do not modify backend records yourself.
Common problems
| Symptom | Action |
|---|---|
| Expected device is missing | Check the account and instance identifier, then contact the provider |
| Record and available capacity differ | Check the target instance, import result and validity |
| Deployment machine must change | Contact the provider before migrating |
| File is damaged or modified | Obtain the original again rather than repairing it |
Completion criteria
Your account works, your devices and records are correct, the target instance shows the expected entitlements, and business operations work within capacity. See versions and packages for installation packages and online and offline documents for reading documentation.
