Read product documentation online and offline

The website help center and installation package use the same product documentation. Check the target AKStream.Next version first; current website articles do not establish support in older deployments.

Read online

Choose the task area: getting started, installation, devices, video and meetings, operations, API or SDK. Start development work with the API integration route and use the matching interfaces and models.

Read offline

Open Documentation/Home.md in the installation package and select the language and chapter. Keep the complete directory and image files rather than copying one article. The bundled public contract and task guides remain available without network access.

Develop with AI

The package contains SKILL/akstream-next-integration. Follow the AI Skill guide, provide the entire folder to the AI tool, and describe the target version, platform and permitted test scope.

When documentation differs from deployment

Check document and deployment versions, permissions and actual responses. Fields come from the public OpenAPI bundled with the target version; do not copy newer examples directly into an older server integration.

Report documentation issues

Provide article title, language, product version, affected paragraph, expected result and actual error. Retain TraceId but remove real Tokens, tickets, device passwords and customer details. See versions and packages for package selection.
