Apply for and import an offline license
An offline instance uses the supplied request and import interfaces without public internet access. This guide describes customer operations only; do not edit license contents.
Prepare information
Record the product version, instance identifier, device name, purpose and required capabilities and capacity. Arrange controlled file transfer.
Step 1: export a request
Open the instance licensing page, confirm the target instance and export the request file. Do not edit or reuse it for another instance.
Step 2: submit the request
Sign in to the official user portal, upload the original request and select an available plan or contact the provider.
Step 3: download the file
Check the target device, plan and validity period. Download the original license file and transfer it through controlled media.
Step 4: import and verify the result
Import the file into the original requesting instance. Check the returned result and entitlement page for features, capacity and validity, then verify actual business operations.
Common failures
| Symptom | Action |
|---|---|
| Modified or unrecognized file | Download the official original again |
| Target instance mismatch | Submit a new request from the target instance |
| Expiry or time issue | Check system time and validity, then contact the provider |
| Insufficient capacity | Adjust usage or request expansion |
Device migration
Contact the provider before migration or hardware changes and follow the supplied process for the target instance. Copying license files does not replace migration.
Completion criteria
Entitlements match the request and business operations work within capacity. Retain the request, import result and necessary service records.
